Returns & Refunds Policy
We hope that you love your YC Collections pieces, but if you need to make a return, we're here to help.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your items to request a return.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at returns@yccollections.com with your name and order number.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return address and full instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Postage
For UK Customers:
We offer free returns for customers within the United Kingdom. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label.
For International Customers:
For customers outside of the United Kingdom, you will be responsible for the cost of return postage. We strongly recommend using a tracked service and obtaining proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Damages & Faulty Items
We carefully inspect every item before it is sent from our Bournemouth workshop. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at returns@yccollections.com. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases, we will cover the cost of the return postage.
Exceptions
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once your return is received at our workshop, please allow 1 to 2 business days for our team to inspect and process it. Orders received at our workshop after 1:00 PM will be processed from the following business day.
We will then notify you by email to confirm if your refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
