Shipping policy

Order Processing & Handling

All of our product pieces are carefully packaged and dispatched from our workshop in Bournemouth, United Kingdom. Our business hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM UK time.

Our handling time is 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed before our 1:00 PM cut-off time will begin processing on the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be processed the following business day.

You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.


UK Shipping

We offer a simple flat rate for all domestic orders.

  • Standard Shipping: £3.95
    • The transit time for UK orders is 2 to 3 business days.
  • Free Shipping is automatically applied at checkout for all orders over £60.

International Shipping (Europe)

We ship to the European countries listed below. The transit time for all international orders is 4 to 7 business days.

  • Countries: Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain.
  • Standard Shipping: €6.00
  • Free Shipping on orders over €70.00

Zone 2: Europe

  • Countries: Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Monaco, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden.
  • Standard Shipping: £7.00
  • Free Shipping on orders over £70.00

Zone 3: Europe

  • Countries: Andorra, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Greece, Malta, Monaco, Norway, Romania, Switzerland.
  • Standard Shipping: £9.00
  • Free Shipping on orders over £85.00

Customs and Import Taxes

For orders shipped outside of the UK, please be aware that you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may be applied by your country's authorities. YC Collections Ltd is not responsible for these charges or for delays caused by customs.
